How admission works
Six steps. No hidden leap.
Shortlisting is an invitation to test, not an offer. A child becomes a student only after a successful result, full admission and completed enrolment.
- 01
Apply
Request the application pack, choose the appropriate entry year and return the completed form to the school.
- 02
School review
Our admissions team reviews the application and may invite your family for a conversation.
- 03
Shortlist
Shortlisted applicants receive the date, venue and secure instructions for the entrance assessment.
- 04
Entrance test
The applicant sits the assessment on Shepherdsfield’s dedicated, supervised CBT Server.
- 05
Admission decision
Only a successful entrance result can progress to a full offer of admission.
- 06
Enrolment
Once the offer is accepted and enrolment is completed, the child becomes a Shepherdsfield student in EDU SSOS.
Handled with care
A secure, private journey for every family.
Families receive clear guidance for each next step, while reviews, assessments and decisions remain private to the applicant and the authorised school team.
- Personal admissions guidance
- Secure, supervised entrance assessment
- A student record only after admission and enrolment
Useful answers
Before you apply
Can we visit before applying?
Yes. We recommend a campus visit or open morning so your family can meet the team and experience a normal school day.
Does shortlisting mean my child has a place?
No. Shortlisting means the school has invited the applicant to the entrance assessment. A full offer can follow only after a successful result.
Where does the entrance test happen?
Shortlisted families receive the exact date, venue and instructions. The assessment runs on the school’s dedicated CBT Server under supervision.
When is a student record created?
Only after the applicant passes, receives a full offer, accepts it and completes enrolment. Earlier application stages do not create a student record.
